Payment methods

• PayPal; to michelle@skoczena.co.uk
• The major credit cards via PayPal as its authorised credit card payment processor. You do not need to have a PayPal account to check out, it is free, private, and secure. Skoczena never sees your credit card information. Your purchase will appear on your credit card statement under the name "PAYPAL*Skoczéna".

• Cheques only in Great British Pounds(GBP), to be made payable to “Skoczéna”
• Cash, Great British Pounds (pound sterling) at customers own risk!
• Overseas customers, payment must be in Pounds Sterling (GBP) via PayPal.

Postage and Packaging

All products will be carefully wrapped in acid free tissue paper and put into a padded envelope, and sent by recorded first class Royal Mail for delivery within the UK.  For deliveries outside of the UK they will be sent by airmail international signed for.

Posting days are Mondays and Thursdays.

Postage costs are calculated by weight, below is an example of charges for postage and packaging.

Availability

Skoczéna Accessories are handmade in small numbers and no two are ever the same. Each one comes personalised with an information card to tell you how many of each design were made and which number in the family it is.  The vintage brooches and charm kilt pins are one offs due to the nature of the vintage jewellery.

Returns

Skoczena wants you to be delighted with your new embroidered accessories. If, for any reason, you are not delighted with your purchase, you may return the item in a new, unused, and in saleable condition, for a refund, less postage and packaging costs. In the event that you wish to return an item, please send an email to michelle@skoczena.co.uk within 7 days of delivery receipt to arrange for the return.  Returns must be made by traceable delivery.

Privacy Policy

Your personal information, including your email address, will never, ever be shared or sold. Because PayPal processes all of Skoczena’s credit card transactions via a secure encrypted server, your credit card information is safe in the hands of the trusted leader in online payments and is never handled by Skoczena. PayPal has its own privacy policy, which can be viewed here.
